Michelle Pidermann is a multidisciplinary creative leader and storyteller, passionate about building powerful brands and crafting narratives that resonate. As Director, Producer, and Head of Investor Relations
, she leads the development of high-impact campaigns across film, branded content, commercials, and music videos—bringing creative ideas to life while structuring strategic partnerships behind the scenes.
Michelle has overseen cross-border licensing deals, commercial negotiations, and investor communications for projects that span industries and markets. Her ability to bridge storytelling with business strategy has helped position Parallel as a dynamic creative partner to global brands including UberEats, ESPN, BodyArmor, VitaCoco, and Sony Music. She has also collaborated with talent and public figures such as David and Victoria Beckham, Becky G, Anitta, and Tyler Herro.
A Cuban-American raised in Miami, Michelle brings a global lens and entrepreneurial energy to every project. ADRIAN CARDENAS
WRITER - DIRECTOR
Adrian Cardenas is a Cuban-American writer/director and former Major League Baseball player for the Chicago Cubs who was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from NYU with degrees in poetry and philosophy. He has published articles for the New Yorker and CNN, and received his M.F.A. in film at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Adrian’s films have screened at top festivals and on online platforms including Palm Springs, New Orleans, Miami, Hollyshorts LALIFF, etc., and have been selected as Vimeo ‘Staff Picks’. His thesis short, The Artisan, was the first Cuban film ever featured on Short of the Week. In 2019, he was selected as a Marcie Bloom Fellow, a Sony Pictures Classics mentoring program designed to introduce up and coming filmmakers to the film industry. His feature script, The Story of the Whale was selected for the Torino Next Comedy Lab 2023 and is currently in development, along with In an Orderly Fashion, a feature also in development and based on his award-winning short of the same name. Adrian’s currently an adjunct professor in screenwriting at the University of Miami.

His recent standout achievement includes the masterful creative direction of Rauw Alejandro's acclaimed album, 'Saturno,' cementing Martín's reputation as a visionary in the world of entertainment and visual storytelling.

RYAN KANE FITZGERALD

Ryan Kane Fitzgerald is an Emmy-winning director, director of photography (DP), and photographer based in Los Angeles. Renowned for his keen eye for visual storytelling, Ryan earned two prestigious Emmy Awards in 2020, one for Best Sports Promo for a football commercial featuring pro player Eno Benjamin, which he not only directed and DPed but also produced, re-edited, mixed the custom music for, and color graded. He also won in the "Craft" category for "Short Form Photography," a testament to his expertise in commercial cinematography. Ryan's creative journey has seen him collaborate with industry icons such as Travis Barker, Lana Del Rey, Hilary Swank, Jordana Brewster, and Olympian Ben Kilner. His diverse portfolio extends to renowned brands like Subaru, G-Star RAW, Jockey, Lucky Brand, and ShoeDazzle.com. Formerly a Senior Creative Producer at Arizona State University, Ryan's hands-on approach and innovative vision continue to make him a sought-after talent in the industry.
CARLOS V. GUTIERREZ

WRITER - DIRECTOR
An award-winning film and television director with a distinguished career, including an Emmy Award and works featured on HBO and Showtime, Carlos is known for his compelling storytelling and cinematic vision. He has directed national campaigns for major brands like Turbo Tax, Princess Cruises, Exxon/Mobil, and Chevy, with his commercial work earning international acclaim, including a Super Bowl spot.
Born and raised in Miami, Carlos honed his craft at Tufts University, where his documentary Journey Into Exile won multiple festival awards. He further developed his skills at NYU’s prestigious Master’s Film Program, where he earned recognition as Best Latino Filmmaker by the DGA and received the Grand Prize at the HBO Latino Film Festival.
Carlos's short films, including Sleight of Hand and Lechon, have been officially selected for renowned festivals like Palm Springs and Slamdance, and aired on networks such as Sí TV and HBO. His thesis film Wet Foot/Dry Foot was nominated for a Student Academy Award and won Showtime's Latino Filmmakers Showcase. Carlos’s feature films, including the thriller Locked In starring Mena Suvari and Jeff Fahey, continue to solidify his reputation in the industry.
Additionally, Carlos is a published poet, having twice received the Editor's Choice Award from The International Library of Poetry.
